Comment: Do farmers in the UK rotate crops when growing wheat? If so what other things do they grow. Is there still only one harvest of wheat per year either way?

Comment: I understand crop rotation is not followed in main stream farming, unless your an Organic Farm...Organic Buckwheat can be grown as a cover crop...to protect the said ground.
